Create your site
A site is the customer-facing feedback home for one product. It keeps the public board, roadmap, changelog, widget, branding, and settings together.
Good site setup
Use the product or company name customers already recognize. The site name appears in the dashboard and public portal, so it should be clear without internal shorthand.
Pick a short slug and avoid changing it after customers start using the board. Public links, support replies, and saved customer bookmarks depend on it.
What belongs in one site
Keep one product in one site unless the audiences, branding, and feedback loops are genuinely separate. Multiple sites are useful for multiple products, not for splitting every feature area.
Step-by-step
- 1
Name the site. Use the customer-recognizable product name.
- 2
Choose the slug. Keep it short, readable, and stable.
- 3
Create the first board. Give customers one immediate place to post feedback.
- 4
Review branding. Add a logo and accent color before broadly sharing the link.
- 5
Seed examples if useful. Example content helps you inspect the full feedback, roadmap, and changelog loop before real requests arrive.
Details to remember
- The product-facing term is Site, even if some internal code still uses workspace.
- A new site should not create member invite or team-center work. Tembrio is owner-led for the current scope.
- A site can have many boards, but one strong default board is better than several empty boards.
