- Pull customer stories and product updates into a weekly content plan.
- Watch what lands and drop what doesn't.

Get new customers set up and using their boards, then bring back what they tell you.
What you'll do
- Walk customers through setup and the early wins that keep them around.
- Note the feature requests and gaps that come up on calls and in support.
- Pass clear summaries back to the team so we build the right things.

Content & Community Associate

Write the guides, examples, and launch notes that founders read before they pick a tool.
What you'll do
- Write practical guides and examples for people running a feedback board.
- Answer questions and keep community threads moving.
- Reshape what we already know into newsletters and posts.
