A site is the public feedback home for one product. It owns boards, branding, roadmap, changelog, widget settings, integrations, and billing limits.

Boards collect customer requests. Customers can submit posts, vote, comment, search, and follow status changes from the public portal.

Roadmap lanes show committed direction. Changelog entries announce shipped work and can link back to the feedback posts that shaped the release.

AI and prioritization

AI helps with product questions, summaries, and duplicate suggestions. Prioritization views help compare demand, comments, effort, and trend signals.

Integrations

The GitHub integration lets selected feedback become engineering work while Tembrio remains the customer demand source of truth. Linear, Jira, and Slack are coming soon.
